About Atlantic Lofts
Atlantic Lofts is a joint venture between the Adame Group, an affiliate of Joe Adame and Associates, and the family of Hall of Fame pitcher Nolan Ryan. In 2006, the idea to create a residential living space in Downtown Corpus Christi came up. A historic, yet unmaintained office building was purchased and turned into what it is today.
Atlantic Lofts has 7 floors of unique layouts. Each loft was a shell at some point and built out over time like building a new house. There is unique personality throughout the building since each loft is privately owned. When you live here, you're part of a wonderful community.
